Just a few details as the conference approaches – these and more will be sent out in an email later next week.
1. Presentations: a maximum of 15 minutes per presentation. Q&A will take place at the end of each panel and will last for 10-15 minutes.
2. If you have a PowerPoint file that needs to be put up, please have it ready for us by the break (whether breakfast, lunch, or coffee break) nearest to your panel’s time. The schedule will be uploaded next week as well.
3. If you want to use the university’s WiFi at the conference venue, we would suggest that you set up Eduroam on your device before coming over. Contact your school’s IT department if you’re not sure how to do this.
4. The weather here in Calgary can change very abruptly – check the weather forecasts before packing!
